Turns out
I did make it to BlogHer '10...
Thanks to
SweetMercifulCrap , when hopping over there today, I saw the image above: thank you for providing the picture here of
the Martha Shirt that we all rode in on to NYC.
THANK YOU to
THENEXTMARTHA for taking us along to BlogHer '10 on
the Martha shirt.
Tell me, did we have fun? I know we sat and had lunch across from
Jessica Bern....
Look at it this way - you got to enjoy it without the stress of what to wear and where to stay... hotels in NYC ain't cheap Empress!
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky that you got to go to BlogHer. What a pity that you can't remember it.
ReplyDeleteAnd you had no idea?
ReplyDeleteLOL what fun it must've been ;)
ReplyDelete:) :) I agree about no cheap hotels!
ReplyDeletelol...
ReplyDeleteYou can't remember it? Must have been one to many cocktails ;)
ReplyDeleteI have to take my daughter back to school at NYU in a couple of weeks. It would be kind of nice if I could go to NYC by proxy like you did. Not that I don't love me some NYC, but moving a kid into a dorm in that place is kind of like running a goat rodeo.
ReplyDeleteLOL...maybe you need the shirt that says:
ReplyDeleteBeen there,
Done that,
Cant remember????
HAHA hope your day is fab!
xxoo
You lucky girl you. That's the perfect way to make an entrance!
ReplyDeleteYou got to go and it didn't cost you a thing! Good strategy!!
ReplyDeleteSurely you remember, I was right next to you the whole time! ... we had a blast! ;)
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is I hope if you go next year you come back with pictures...er...memories.
ReplyDeleteSo cool!
ReplyDeleteSo cool! And I love that Jessica. I learn lots of new words from her when I talk to her on the phone.
ReplyDeleteSome day, I'll have to make it to one of these bloggy throwdowns. Can't wait to hear news from your latest escapade!
ReplyDeleteThese Bloggy Conventions (?) sound very intriguing....someday...
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous of you, but I didn't know about it.
ReplyDeleteu r famous, WTG- maybe next time you will be able to attend in person-how does one get an invite to this gala?
ReplyDeleteI'm a little put-off that you didn't, you know, say hi to me when I was there Whatever. I know how some of you bloggers are.. ;)
ReplyDeleteSounds like an excellent way to visit without incurring expenses.
ReplyDeleteBlame the memory loss on a few too many drinks? ;)
ReplyDeleteOh! I'm so jealous! I was represented at all! Maybe next year I'll make "the shirt"
ReplyDeleteIn all seriousness, what about next year? Thoughts?
ReplyDeletewhere is blogher next year? perhaps me, you, and lupe could ride in on a big bottle of pinot grigio.
ReplyDeleteOh the benefits of being an Empress:)
ReplyDeleteSo did you have a good time?
ReplyDeleteOh man. Did you get all that swag too?
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny!
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm jealous that your Twitter ID got to sit next to Jessica Bern. And Tiffany's comment...DUDE, let's do it! The Three Musketeers at BlogHer!
ReplyDeleteDid you have fun! Let's just say that I don't allow fun to leave my side ever. We had a blast. I will show you. Yes, I will.
ReplyDeleteNow to me...that's The Way To Go !
ReplyDeleteEmpress, you are indeed smart enough to rule an empire! I should have thought ahead, maybe someone who attended would have written my name on the bottom of their shoe in Sharpie pen....
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool idea on TheNewMartha's part,,,very cool.
