I am a mother to all boys, 3 of them. Today, at Taming Insanity, I guest post on Being A Mother To All Boys, and what that is truly like in a world where marketing and babyhood is all girls, girls, girls.
I have loved KLZ's writing since first meeting her when she guest posted at Organic Motherhood with Cool Whip...and it's been stars in my eyes since.
I hope you stop over, especially if you are a young mom to a son or sons, and wonder if you've missed out on something special. Honestly, we all question that, I believe.

Good morning, lovely lady :)
ReplyDeleteJust left you some bloggy love over at Taming Insanity. Thanks for another great post!
Oh my! 3 boys! I'm on my way.
ReplyDeleteHey, you are a pro at guest blogging. I've yet to host my first guest, but hoping to soon through our tribe. Do you have any advice?
Perfect perfect perfect!
ReplyDeleteYou just nailed how I feel about my little boy. Sometimes I wonder about the curls and the nail polish, but there is nothing in the world greater to me than the lovely responsibility of raising a good man.
hmmm...interested to see what you say about us boys...lol
ReplyDeleteMy little guy says he wants to live at home forever....my 4 year old daughter is ready to stay over at anyone's house...she's an entirely different story! Keeps me on my toes:)
ReplyDeleteHi Alexandra, I just left you a comment over there. I LOVE having a boy, and I totally understand what you are saying :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm on my way over! Thanks for the shout-out:) xoxo
ReplyDeleteOff to read it....as a mom of 2 boys, I'm sure I can relate or learn something.
ReplyDeleteGoing... going... gone!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's just different, boys or girls...but each unique dynamic has it's own set of incredible rewards! Loved the post, & have always loved KLZ! That bitch is as crazy as I am!! HA!
ReplyDeleteLOVED that post over there! Seriously. The best.
ReplyDeleteI love you. I love Taming Insanity. And I loved your guest post.
ReplyDeleteGreat guest host. Loved it.
ReplyDeleteCommented over there, too - but loved it. My youngest asked me to marry him when he was 3, and I foolishly told him I was already married to Daddy. One of many moments I wish I could have back so I could just say, "Of course, baby, of course I will marry you."
ReplyDeleteHeading over. I know it will be BRILL! Just cause it's you. And KLZ. And boys. And I need all the help on boys I can get.
ReplyDeletexoxo
Ha! Two of my favorite bloggers in one place?! I'm heading over there now :)
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. I think my comment over there was a bit bitchy. But a lot of women were talking BADLY about raising daughters and that is just as bad as the way some women "pity" the "poor moms" who have a house full of boys.
ReplyDeleteCan't we all get along??? :P
I ended up two days behind on blog reading and...damn....that's a much bigger deal than it was a few months ago.
ReplyDeleteOk...off to read!
